Here are the assertions we take into account when deploying virtual teams to help Internet entrepreneurs:
1) Once we accept a client, we become a part of our client. That is how we define part-ner. If we are unwilling to become a partner, we should not accept them as a client
2) We must be willing to understand, embrace and encourage our client’s "making of meaning"
3) We should share our client’s pain and aspirations
4) We must understand how our client defines value – and seek out leverage for them based on that definition
