As
an advisor-builder with a sense of adventure, Team and a Dream® founder
Skip Shuda has worked with numerous startups since 1983, including
Destiny WebSolutions, which he founded in 1994. Destiny was named the
1998 Startup Company of the Year and grew to $25 million in annualized
revenues and 120 team members in 2000
As the leader of Team and a Dream, Skip has a passion for working with Internet startups using his experience, lessons and tools to assist fellow entrepreneurs. Team and a Dream helps to accelerate the launch of web businesses through a focus on the creation, refinement and deployment of strong eBusiness models. Their work involves market and competitive assessments, internet marketing and social media strategies. Skip is an active participant and speaker in the Philadelphia entrepreneurial community. His work includes teaching at the Wharton Small Business Development Center and consultation with the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern PA, two key economic development engines in the Philadelphia region. He runs the Integral Philly Meetup community.
Skip has a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science respectively from the University of Delaware and Villanova University (where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA). He is a graduate of world’s first certificate program for Integral Theory (aka AQAL), a comprehensive model of human consciousness, psychology and systems. He is also a Trained Holacracy Facilitator, which allows organizations to adopt agile practices for dynamic steering and emergent decision making. His research interests include organizational transformations, entrepreneurial archetypes and business applications of Integral Theory.

Bechara Jaoudeh
Co-founder, Chief Business Development Officer, Team and a Dream®
Bechara
Jaoudeh is a business consultant and entrepreneur with a strong business
management and sales background. Bechara started his career in the
telecommunication industry, were he helped re-launch several retail
outlets for T-Mobile, Verizon and Nextel. Bechara managed projects that
encompassed designing and implementing methods and procedures to drive
sales, developing motivating commission structures and building
strategic alliances with independent accessory dealers to gain an edge
in the retail space. He is known for his deep understanding of consumer
pain-points and needs.
Bechara started and operated a restaurant from 2004 through mid-2007. He
has also been involved in numerous project management efforts and is a
certified Green Belt in the Six Sigma process. Six Sigma seeks to
improve quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the
causes of defects (errors) and variation in manufacturing and business
processes. Bechara also
holds a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Temple
University.
Yasmine Mustafa
Co-founder, Internet Marketing Strategist, Team and a Dream®
Yasmine Mustafa graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in December of 2006. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration as an Entrepreneurship major. Besides graduating Magna Cum Laude from Temple, Yasmine participated in the Ninth and Tenth Annual Innovative Idea Competition where she received first prize in the "Undergraduate" category and second prize in the “Graduate” category the following year. In 2008, she placed first in Temple's Eleventh Annual Innovative Idea Competition - her third consecutive win. She was also given "The Entrepreneurship Award" - an award given out to one graduate per year to honor the student with the highest GPA in that major. She was Vice President of Marketing for the Entrepreneurial Student Association and a member of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). Early 2008, Yasmine was announced a finalist in Temple’s Annual Business Plan Competition.
Yasmine has been involved with the initial phases of Stuzo.com (an online trading company) and Centsable Kids (a financial literacy program for kids). She was a strategist for one of the eleven startups that were involved in the inaugural run at DreamIT Ventures (a pre-seed investment company similar to Y-Combinator). Yasmine has worked with multiple startups mainly focused on Internet Marketing and e-business strategies.
