Skip
Shuda, CEO, Team and a Dream
Skip Shuda is CEO of Team and a Dream,
an Internet Marketing Strategy company that helps small and mid-sized
businesses achieve visibility to profitability. As a serial
entrepreneur, Skip has been building software and Internet technology companies
for over 25 years. Team and a Dream helps companies with market and
competitive assessments, Internet marketing and social media strategies.
Skip is an active participant and speaker in the Philadelphia entrepreneurial
community. His work includes teaching at the Wharton Small Business Development
Center and consultation with the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of
Southeastern PA. He runs the Integral Philly Meetup community. Skip has a
B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science respectively from the University of Delaware
and Villanova University. He has Certificate level training in Integral
Theory, Holacracy, SEO and Web Analytics.

Thomson, and LexisNexis. His sales
methods and approach to team building have been utilized by some of the largest
corporations in America. Having founded
SalesLeader, LLC in 2007, Todd has been helping individuals and their
organizations to develop unique sales cultures through sales and culture
assessment tools, coaching, consulting, training products, and motivational
presentations. His reputation as a sales
culture communicator and creator is strongly established.
Richard F. Ott CPA, CVA , Partner Of GFO CFO Group LLC Rich is a results-driven chief financial
officer with 27 years experience specializing in creating value and growth by
utilizing strategic and financial planning, valuation for mergers, acquisitions
and divestitures and labor and contract negotiations in the small to middle
market business segment. He has been instrumental in achieving significant cost
savings and capturing efficiencies by streamlining operations, automating
procedures and implementing process improvements. Prior to joining GFO CFO Group, he has held
various positions as a CPA consultant and CFO with North East Auto Marine
Terminal, Rosenberg Druker & Company, and Horner Trucks, Inc., among
others. Rich holds an extensive background in the logistics and supply
chain sector. His industry experience has spanned diverse industries, and includes
imported/exported vehicles, car rental companies, auto dealers, brokers and
shipping companies, internet retailers, jewelry stores, restaurants, CPA and
consulting firms. He also served on the board of directors for a startup
company operating as a wireless internet service provider, and as a management
trustee of a union defined benefit pension plan.

Hartman Frankel, Principal, The Art of Performance LLC
Jane
Hartman Frankel combines internal and external business focuses to help
organizations and their leaders leverage 21st century
challenges into performance and growth cultures. Working in the technology arena for 20 years,
she developed organizations for outstanding performance using a collaborative
approach to partnering and organizational alignment. Her unique approach to growth places
primary importance on internal and external customer relationships and
capabilities. She has developed and managed several alliances between large
and small companies resulting in new business models and significant revenue
generation. She
founded The Art of Performance LLC in 2007 to help organizations build the
entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative capability that fosters innovation and
growth. As an advocate of lifelong learning, she
holds Master's degrees in Education (Temple University) and in Organizational
Dynamics (University of PA) and is an Adjunct Professor of Business
Communications, Entrepreneurship, and International Organizational Behavior at area universities.
Ted LeBow,

Ted
LeBow is a seasoned Serial Entrepreneur with more than twenty years of
experience in operating and re-aligning entrepreneurial companies. His
passion to help people to grow beyond their comfort level and to get over,
under, around or through a situation has lead him to work with numerous
entrepreneurial owners of small and mid-sized companies. With an affinity
for “moving parts” businesses, he has personally managed the performance and
cultural transformation of seven businesses. From various vantage
points--including positions as CEO, President, General Manager, Plant Manager,
VP Operations, COO, and Coach--Ted has used his leadership and operations
abilities to drive change and improve processes within $2-50MM organizations.
To every challenge, he brings the ability to inspire, assess, and leverage
talent at every level. His current portfolio of clients include: 5
CEO’s of small business with needs from realignment, cost control, people
management and motivation to a complete cultural and financial turnaround.
Bruce
Rubin, CPIM,
MBA
Bruce H.
Rubin is a Principal in the consulting company BHR Global Associates, Inc. and
a partner in the consulting company Nenko Advisors International, LLC. Bruce provides expertise and assistance in the areas of
global sourcing, supply chain management, product development, logistics
support, as well sales and marketing support. Bruce provides insights and guidance in
outsourcing, especially for companies or individuals new to the process. Bruce has over thirty years experience in product
development and introduction, supply chain management, purchasing, inventory
management and control, and systems implementation as project team leader. Bruce developed a planning system for Ginsey
Industries, helping the company double its sales volume with no impact to customer
service. He has also worked
with many major retailers and supply chain organizations in the US, including
Wal-Mart, to develop products and merchandising programs. In addition, since 1908 Bruce has
traveled to all parts of the world developing sources, products, relationships, and
partnerships for companies. He has
taught APICS certification classes and speaks at regional conferences on supply chain
and materials planning.
